1:1 Coaching 

 

• There are absolutely no refunds on completed 1-1 Coaching sessions, because once we spend our time together, we can’t get it back.

​

• I cannot guarantee "results" to you in our 1-1 coaching relationship, because of the subjectivity of "results." Results on my end will reflect regulation of the nervous system, as well as movement in the psyche.

​

• Upon providing payment you are authorizing AlphaFemme Human Healing and Optimization LLC to process your payment.

​

• Upon approval of your application, your complimentary consult call, and scheduling your first call, you are responsible for paying for that first session in full.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request that I stop collecting on future payments and end the remainder of the sessions.

​

• Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together.

  • If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time.

  • In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to notify me 24 hours in advance of the scheduled sessions to reschedule or cancel.

  • If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, re-booking will be at my discretion.

• One-time Payments: All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted.

 

• Payment Plans: All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. In choosing a payment plan you agree to complete all payments in full per the terms, as outlined upon checkout.

Lapsed Services (Packages)

​

• I TOTALLY understand...life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching sessions within an "appropriate" timeline.

​

• However, if you pay for 1-1 coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session within three (3) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received up until that point and no refunds will be issued.

​

• Any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled for up to 18 months after the initial payment.

​

• All unused sessions expire 18 months after initial payment.

​

• Unused coaching sessions may be transferable to a friend or family member provided the new client is ready and willing to actively participate in 1-1 coaching.

A Note on Payment Plans

• If you invest in yourself using a multi-pay or payment plan, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments.

​

• If your credit card lapses, I will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send me your new information.

​

• If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, coaching access will be suspended.

​

• If you are not able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then I will reluctantly be turning your details over to my friendly collections agency.

Agreement

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
