Somatic Experiencing Sessions

 

• There are absolutely no refunds on completed 1-1 sessions, because once we spend our time together, we can’t get it back.

• I cannot guarantee "results" to you, because of the subjectivity of "results." Results on my end will reflect regulation of the nervous system, as well as movement in the psyche.

​

• Upon providing payment, you are authorizing Danielle Alexander LLC to process your payment.​​

​

• Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together.

  • If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time.

  • In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.

  • For virtual sessions, I will remain on Zoom only for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you do not show up and I do not hear from you within that time, your session will be available for another client to take. If the spot does not fill and I do not hear from you, you are responsible for that time slot.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to notify me 24 hours in advance of the scheduled sessions to reschedule or cancel.

  • If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, re-booking will be at my discretion.

• One-time Payments: All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted.

 

• Payment Plans: All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. In choosing a payment plan you agree to complete all payments in full per the terms, as outlined upon checkout.

Lapsed Services (Pre-Paid Packages)

​

• I TOTALLY understand...life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your pre-paid sessions within an "appropriate" timeline.​​

​

• Any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled for up to 18 months after the initial payment.

​

• All unused sessions expire 18 months after initial payment.

​

• Unused SE sessions may be transferable to a friend or family member provided the new client is ready and willing to actively participate in 1-1 sessions.

A Note on Payment Plans

• If you invest in yourself using a multi-pay or payment plan, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments.

​

• If your credit card lapses, I will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send me your new information.

​

• If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, session access will be suspended.

​

• If you are not able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then I will reluctantly be turning your details over to my friendly collections agency.

Agreement

​

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
